I have ordered several times these necklaces for friends going through a rough time. I love the message.

I have now made 6 purchases since December from Bryan Anthony’s. I am completely satisfied with not only the products, but delivery, promos etc. The messages sent with the gifts are parallel with level of intimacy of each gift. Some of the gifts have made my recipients cry because that’s how touched their hearts have been. These necklaces have made beautiful gifts especially for the hard to buys. I highly recommend Bryan Anthony’s.

Is as beautiful as described! I have now bought 3 neckalaces from Bryan Anthonys so my sisters and I all have the same necklace to feel bonded together with while all living in different states. Would recommend to anyone wanting a more sentimental but usable gift.

I ordered a necklace the beginning of December and I have still not received it two months later. When I contact them about shipping they send me to DHL but DHL sends me back to them. I have contacted both numerous times and yet I still have no answer.

Update to Bryan Anthony's response...
It would be a reputable business practice to not bury "exceptions" to coupons within a FAQ page. Furthermore there is currently no coupon exception prominently listed on this product page. I would have scroll to the bottom of the page, click on "Description," scroll to the bottom of that page and find the sentence as an afterthought. Agree or disagree, your customers deserve better advertising practices...
This company engages in deceptive advertising practices, advertising a 10% discount, only to not provide such discount on "new" items as I was told when I called the company and spoke to a representative. Beware when shopping at Bryan Anthonys. It would be a good idea to post the exceptions to any coupons where the coupon info is displayed.

The jewelry is always BEAUTIFUL, and I love how simple the designs are with such meaningful, wholesome, and unique messages for every different piece. I read your “about” page a long time ago and can I just say... your brother would be SO proud of what you’ve done in his honor. You have created a legacy that I don’t think anyone could’ve ever imagined! Please keep the new pieces coming (more beachy ones if they inspire you!), too. Like others on this site providing reviews, I have to say that I am very disappointed that I too have also been stung with the added “customs tax”. This on top of the price paid for two items is ridiculous.
As documented by Bryan Anthony’s to other customer reviews on this site, I have to disagree and say that it is definitely NOT clear at the time of purchase or on the website that UK customers have to pay a customs tax charge.
As a company, to accept no liability for a high number of customers facing this same issue is preposterous.
I will definitely not be buying from this company again and would advise others to beware too!
